Charity Mentors Kent and Medway

Free mentoring for charity leaders across Kent and Medway

We can help you tackle your strategic challenges and increase your impact on those you support.

“My experience with Charity Mentors was transformational. It helped me separate the struggles we’d faced in scaling up and implementing innovative projects with the value and impact our work was having on the ground.”

“My mentor was able to hold a mirror up to what I had achieved.  I needed help with strategy and in navigating complexity and all the issued I raised were resolved.”

“This service is great for when you need someone outside of your world to give you clarity and support, to make better decisions, while challenging your own thinking.”

New Trustees Needed!

Charity Mentors Kent and Medway are looking for trustees, people with a passionate interest in the development and success of the Voluntary & Community Sector in our region.

Our trustees help to shape the work of our charity and also ensure we engage with and help as many as possible not-for-profit social organisations and charities in all parts of Kent and Medway.

We’d love to hear from people of all backgrounds.  It’s important to us that our board has the diversity of thought to underpin good governance.  You should ideally live within Kent / the Medway towns.

Just send us a copy of your CV, along with a short covering letter explaining why you’re applying and what you could bring to Charity Mentors Kent and Medway.  Send your application to the Chair of Trustees, Nick Marden at nick.marden@charitymentorskent.org

The closing date for applications is 19th January 2024.
